IMO, Dame's not even worth Miami's potential best offer. They need size and inside scoring and shouldn't mortgage their future for a 33 year old small guard with a supermax contract with 4 more years on it.

Right now there are at least 4 teams that could get involved: Portland, Miami, Philadelphia, and L.A(C) There are 3 contending level teams and 1 that would like to at least remain somewhat competitive, while adding draft capital and gaining future cap relief…. I'm not sure how many more teams could be thrown into the mix? Maybe a current team not considered a contender at the moment, who with a tweak or two, could find themselves as more of a contender? Mavericks, Thunder, Bulls, Raptors, Pelicans, Pacers, etc…..? Of the 4 teams i mentioned, here are the players likely to be involved: Lillard, Harden, Morris Sr, Batum, Powell, Covington, Zubac, Herro, Robinson, and Lowry. The Clippers have 4 contracts that could go out for teams looking for expiring contracts and veteran help. They are likely looking for upgrades at the 4 and 5. The Heat want Dame and would probably want another experienced vet on an expiring deal. The Sixers want to get off Harden and would probably want a veteran pg in return and some draft capital. They also might want a shooter. I think The Blazers are looking for a star level replacement for Dame, a young player projected to be a star who they can pair with Scoot, draft capital, and future cap relief(expiring contracts) From The Clipper's perspective they would probably prefer a 5th team that is deep at either the 4 or 5……as they don't currently need Harden, Dame, Herro, Robinson, or Lowry. This could get wild…..😊
