  1. Lakers summer league squad going to be lit this year. I like the older players also. They learn faster than younger talent at their draft range/undrafted.

  2. Maxwell was my sleeper and we got him lottery talent at #40 I went absolutely nuts and woke my wife up 😂😂😂 Let’s go LA

  3. Lakers have done good in the draft but I believe they are going to need the leadership of LeBron James and Phil handy they need all the coaches guidance and then can be very versatile contributors during the season

  4. I dont think maxwell lewis is that athletic he just long and shows a lot of emotion but i am only going on from the little i see

  5. Hood-Schfino gives me light Jamal Murray Vibes with playmaking ability, but limited range on the shot. Jamal Murray's signature Around the curl free throw to 3pt spot up off of a screen is something Hood excels in. I'm worried about the defense as the one game I did see against Purdue, he was constantly getting cooked. The opposing guard couldn't score because the interior was supporting, but he was getting beat off the dribble a lot. A lot of the NBA kind of has that defense so it's not that much of a worry, but something to keep an eye on. I project him to be a quality backup pg with the max potential of a decent borderline all star. Maxwell Lewis is an opportunistic player that can shoot the three and play D. He gives you good close out attacks when he's at an advantage and play well within an offense. He has multiple time lapses where I've seen him do dangerous defensive plays, have his foot out of bounds and travel(more than you'd like to see). He'll give you a headache from time to time, but he can develop into a prototypical rotational 3 and D wing which is always high in demand. I don't see starter in him but he can have a solid rotation role with the Lakers in years time and he does fit what the lakers have been needing. I saw his game against Gonzaga and held up pretty well against Julian Strawther(28th pick) and co. Didn't get beat off the dribble much if at all and he was able to takeover and fade back in the offense which shows good versatility in carving out a role. (Something that does worry me about Hood) (First Year looking at rookies, so take it with a grain of salt). Overall, pretty good draft by the lakers. No picks were wasted from what I've seen. Good Luck Laker Nation.

  6. Lakers need 3-point shooters with size, 6'7 Maxwell Lewis provides that. Too many on the ball decision-makers on the 1st Unit alone. Lewis will be with the bench unit so he will be forced to be more of a SPOT-UP SHOOTER than his college days.

  7. D'Angelo Russell better be trying to escape the Lakers immediately after seeing the Lakers use their #17 Draft Pick at the same position D'Angelo Russell plays.

  8. Not caring about Castleton developing a 3 shot. His main focus should inside the paint and midrange like a true big man.

  9. If Hodge can quickly develop similar to K Nunn with defense, he would be a great steal.

  10. With us having JHS would this mean that Dennis is possibly gone? Also with Max Lewis being a laker, would this mean max Christie could play more sg than sf? I hope that made sense but it’s something I’m curious about

  11. Maxwell Lewis
    Colin castleton
    Jhs
I hope and pray 🙏 that jhs proves me wrong!
He is only just turned 20 so if he blossoms then I would love to see him starting long term

  12. Long term Hood and Reeves at 1 & 2 sharing both spots with lewis at the 3 is a possible very good trifecta with a ton of play making and fun style for the lakers fans. They will need to find some bigs that can fit in with this and it all depends on Lewis becoming a stout defender and a dog to really make it work or he will be the odd man out of starting lineup down road.

Lakers need to find their superstar SF to pair with Hood and Reeves.

  13. Bro nothing u said made me believe these guys are “steals” for the if anything u made me question why tf the Lakers drafted them they fit wit another team jus not the lakers lol

  14. I like how lewis plays but I don't think he'll commit to defense if he transforms into a 20PPG guy.. Hodge will have to survive off his defensive game and would be nice if he could run second team PG at times.. Fino looks to be a level headed leader who plays to win the game he knows when it's time to call his number he'll have to figure out how to get to the freethrow line if he's not knocking down 3s and also stay committed on defense especially if he's struggling to score at all

  15. maxwell Lewis baby

I love what I'm seeing in this young cat

  16. THERE WAS A REASON WHY THEY DROPPED OR DIDNT GET PICKED LOL …. THEY CANT PLAY IN THE LEAGUE LOLLO

  17. Imagine this load of players 2 yrs ago mid anthony davis crisis…..weve come a long way boys. The future is now. 2025 title with another WCF in 2024.

  18. You make good points! Good analysis. Your annunciation is really bad and is cringe to listen to… stop adding “uh” after every word that ends in a vowel
