  1. I’m so pumped dudes! Danny and the gang did a phenomenal job! Shooting, playmaking, and 3 and D in Hendricks. We got everything we needed

  2. I wasn't that familiar with Keyante George. He'll have to shoot the ball well. Let's see how the rookies do! I think summer league is in 10 days!

  3. Dude the Jazz are gonna be so good at defense this year.. Kris Dun, Walker Kessler and Tayler Hendricks… all fantastic defenders haha gonna be insane

  4. The Jazz were big winners of the draft. Hendricks with his excellent size, high 3PT upside and defense. George with his really good shot making. And Sensabaugh with his shooting as well.

We have a lot to be optimistic about. Much credit to the front office

  5. George just flat out seemed like a clarkson 6th man replacement. I like everyone we got we just have a huge hole at PG. Dunn was hooping last seaspn so him off tue bench i feel good about but Sexton needs to be traded for a PG. Maybe with the rockets getting Amen we can get Kevin Porter from them

  6. floor general isn't for every team. I don't think it's what the Jazz with Hardy as a coach really wants. Conley was definitely a difference maker for the Jazz this season, but he also knew how to play as a scoring threat. If Markkanan is the best player on the team, the best fit with him is a scoring threat that can iso, make his own shot, but also has good vision because the Finnisher is such a great off ball player. Markkanan can initiate the offense, but IMO, how much he didn't need the ball to accomplish his All Star, near All NBA season is the best thing about him. We want a scorer to initiate–force them to choose their poison.

Zanic made a comment in his post draft interview that in the game as it's being played, you really don't find many point guards anymore. What you have are guards like Curry, like Dame, like Spida–hell, why we are mentioning Mitchell, a lot of us felt he should've been the PG the whole time because of positional size, allowing the Jazz comp built around him to be bigger as the small backcourt was a problem for us–I think he was right. JC was doing exactly what we needed him to be doing this last season. What the Jazz are saying is that they want people who can do all three: pass, dribble and shoot.

I think the Jazz did great. As much as we try to predict these things, hindsight usually shows us how we are off. We just need Hendricks to be the 3 and D guy we hope he can be, and then we can say we've made progress. But, if George ends up punching way above his draft position, which while not likely, there are many folks that think he could, we could be just one piece away. Unfortunately, that's going to be the toughest piece to acquire–the carry. I just don't think we have it yet.

I for one am hoping Keyonte George is every bit as confident as I hear he is, that he's as competitive as he's made out to be and that he's as tough a shot maker as I've been hearing. I'm hoping Hendricks solves the defense issues, but even more so, I'm hoping George can be our second best player after Markkanan. Probably not, but would be awesome if it turned out that way. That would be a huge win for us as I just don't think Hendricks is a Kawhi like player that comes in projected as one thing but ends up as a two way super star who can get a franchise, or franchises a ring. Got to hope for a Jokic somewhere else IMO and to me, Keyonte and Sensabaugh are the wild cards, if we have a chance of hitting draft jackpot no one saw coming this round, it's going to be one of them, but probably not.

  7. Love all the picks we took. Especially the keyonte pick. Y’all are way too low on his playmaking and passing. He played the 3 for Baylor for a lot of the year and was asked to be a scorer first and foremost. Way higher on sensabaugh as well. Great video!

  8. If you would’ve told me a week ago that we would pass on cam whitmore, not just once, but TWICE…
