Unrealistic green screen, a guy on a 4 wheeler didn't try to forcibly remove you from the umbrella before asking you to pay 30 bucks to sit there.
Excited to have Grant Williams alongside O-MAX.
He bridged a ton of gaps in the Celtics lineups. He can play a floor spacing 3,4, or 5 and he can guard a ton of positions on defense. His contract situation and hand injury got to him the ladder half of this season. Disappointed we lost him for what will be an average rotation player salary in a couple years😢

This is a great addition to the Mavs. Still don’t have a bench, or a defensive identity, or a great coach who can focus strengths and mitigate weaknesses!? But a great player who can play some damn defense

Grant Williams brings the same intangibles as Aaron Gordon, Tough defender smaller but better shooter, can put the ball on the floor and bully someone of the dribble unlike Bullock. Penciling in Omax as a big contributor so priority for Dallas still needs to be rebounding Center to not get killed on the boards.
Nothing about the 2 2nd rounder we got in the trade? That makes this trade even better. We more or less swapped Bullock for Williams, and a 2030 pick swap for 2 2nd rounder…
I been saying it for a while, you win titles by getting the perfect "pieces" not spending all your money on 3 players. Grant Williams is just that, and you got him for 13.5million per year (on average.) You got Seth Curry (one of the best 3p shooters in the league) for 2 years at only 4.6million annually. Luka is their PG but he can guard the 3. There will be lineups like Curry, Kyrie, Luka, Williams, & Kleber on the floor at times. Williams and Kleber are +defenders. Curry, Williams, & Kleber spacing the floor for Kyrie & Luka to do work. They're just going to be nasty on offense.
Maxi does well on teams best player too. Having them both on the floor will be awesome.
Only thing the mavs need now is a great coach
