Oh well. I think he stayed put and won 5 🏆 idk what else to call it? Went to three straight finals after Shaq. Won an mvp and two finals MVPs. Every Star player has frustrating moments in their career with their system. Kobe technically did stay. Well not even technically like he did. It’s not as pretty as maybe some people wanna call it maybe? Idk. Man gave the lakers 20 years
This is a correct statement.
So when bron wasn’t gettin any help y don’t people defend him like this..?
Almost bought a house in Chicago
Loyalty has always been a bs concept.
Even if he wanted a trade he definitely wouldnt have teamed up with T-Mac and Duncan to form a superteam. Its not the same as KD and LeBron.
This guy makes noise
i will say this tho he was leaving for the blazers not the spurs or nuggets some cough out team he would've left to still compete not stack a deck lik eppl do now never feared the grind
Dirk and Timmy the only ones
Lmao you're a joke. Stop pacing narratives when he played 20 seaoswith 1 team.. Unlike the other nigga. 😂
But LeBron gets critiqued for having to do it smh
i smell a nigga hating on kobe
A players greatness should be about stats not his "loyalty" to one team. I'm at my job because it's a good job but if they were acquired by a company tomorrow and things changed drastically for worst then I'm out. Athletes have an employer just like us. Idky people think these athletes are in a marriage to the organization, city, and fans.
If "if" was a fifth we'll all be drunk. He didn't though. So his loyalty is still Lakers. R.I.P. Kobe 🙏
Only thing to be loyal to is the game. Never a team
Yup Kobe literally demanded a trade but buss being the amazing owner he is realized what he had in Kobe and made a move to make them better and keep Kobe. People act like Kobe was loyal to the team nah Kobe was loyal to winning
That mf wanted out of la atleast 3 times and yet people treat him like he was Jesus and saved la cause he was forced to stay in la and I hate how Kobe had had like 10 covers just bc he died when people like joker have won b2b mvps a chip and finals mvp and get no fucking respect like Kobe died and he would get all this love and affirm if he didn’t die like the guy was a fucking rapist which is such a great thing like Jesus man Kobe really doesn’t deserve all this love
He was coming to the Crib(Chicago)
But did he stay?
There were better offers out there ave he still chose LA.
The second one the team was just trying to make money and he told they ass to get better or trade me he wanted to stay he just didn’t want to play for a loser
Only true laker fans knows this
i have the same logic with lebron (as a cavs fan) he didn’t run from the grind, the cavs deadass gave him no weapons or help his first go, and then did the same in 2017-2018
