Hopefully this puts to rest that insane pipedream everyone just clinged on for no reason, there is no way we would get PJ by signign him and there seems to be 0% traction for a sign and trade.
All is left is Paul Reed and Dwight Howard.

Didn’t make sense anyway, what we need is a starting caliber center and a Bullock replacement. Looking at the FA’s left, it looks like it’ll be via trade. Royce O’Neal, Gary Harris, I dont know what it’ll take but Dort would be incredible.
I would have preferred PJ over Grant, but I don’t think they make a ton of sense in the same lineup without giving up size, especially with what you’d have to pay Washington to get him here. I think whoever the Mavs bring in on the wing needs to be more of a 3/4 than a 4/5.
I’m not sure what the point of have Grant Williams and PJ Washington on the same team is.
