Keyonte George is going to be special!

Keyonte George is looking like the steal of the NBA draft for the Utah Jazz. In his first game of Las Vegas Summer League, Keyonte George scored 33 points with 10 assists and looked special in a variety of ways. He was incredible at setting up teammates with precision passes while also scoring from every level, including an incredible alley oop at one point. Ochai Agbaji also looked good for the Jazz, but it’s the special play from Keyonte George in summer league that makes you think he has a chance to be the next special guard to play in the Delta Center for the Utah Jazz.

  1. Not sure how much stock to put into Summer League, but he looks special. Even when he isn't scoring his playmaking is elite. He also just knows how to run an offense and set up his teammates. I'm really excited to have a passer with this kind of talent.

  2. I agree, it's summer league, it's not the big boys, BUT… Take all the stats away and watch the game and you can tell he's special. He knows how to run the offense and is just confident. You can see him running things like he expects to be an elite NBA PG. He's gonna be so fun to watch him develop.

  3. It’s that quickness for me. Undersized, but when you have that next level NBA quickness, sky’s the limit. Obviously still 19, so that three point shot will get better and better as time goes on (assuming he puts in the work)

  4. Historically jazz have been money with the 13th pick malone and Donovan and the 16th if George works out. Stockton was 16

  5. Keyonte has been great. The only weakness I see is getting blocked at the rim (and this is only summer league) but his shot looks pure, his feel for running an offense seems to be on point, gets to the line (extremely rare and very valuable) and he definitely has some 'dawg' in him. Exciting times!

Ochai, however, needs to make a shot. He has the genetics and build of a Nigerian God but he needs to make the shot. He also should not be losing the ball with that body strength; squeeze the ball, attack the basket and make the shot.

  6. Bruh you should look up keyonte in college then look at him now. Bro has dropped like 25lbs
