  1. I’m not understanding how or why you guys are mentionin’ Herb when he just signed a 4-year deal? Seems like a little more research would have been done before spewin’ bullshit lol. The team has showed commitment to the guys we have. I don’t see them pissin’ away those guys for Dame!

  2. Pels were #1 in the west before Zion went down w an injury. We can upgrade at the Center but outside of that I wouldn't shake things up too much.

  3. Y'all have to be smart man we already saying Zion and Brandon Ingram don't finish the season or play enough games if either one of them get hurt we're back looking like the same thing game was trying to escape Portland we would be the new Portland your back up to Zion and Brandon Ingram you're letting out the door I'd rather keep the core

  4. If we trade for him it would have to be Dice and Daniels herb Jones and CJ McCollum with Jonas Valanciunas and we get Damian Lillard and nurkich and keep Dame for 2 year rental then trade him to Miami where he want to be

  5. It honestly makes too much sense for both teams. I’ve been floating this around YouTube all week because I’m trying to speak this shit into existence. I would be rooting for pelicans to make a run and I would be equally excited for Portland because this would yield a fun rebuild

No matter what package you elect to go with it makes sense for both the blazers and the pelicans.

Okay pelicans send Zion and Larry for dame. Great you get your Lead guard whose ready to Win now. Plug in Trey as your stretch 4 at 6’9. You unload Zion whose never available for an all time great at a position of need to maximize this 4 year window to win. You still hand prospects in the pipeline to keep you young long term. Blazers do this because it gives you more guard mins and it transfer those dame mins to the forward position. Zion on same timeline as scoot shaedon and simons. If Zion comes around he’s the best talent available on market.

Okay you wanna keep Zion. Blazers ask for Trey Murphy herb and a few picks. By keeping Zion youre more win now. You get less heat for trading Zion. On the blazers side you get picks. But you do the same thing by turning dame mins into the forward position. Trey Murphy is gonna be a special player even if he doesn’t get the same press as Zion. Herb is a damn good 2 way wing who keeps getting better.

Either scenario makes the pelicans a true contender while making the blazers a top 3-4 rebuilding Team

Again this deal Makes too much sense.

I don’t see how dame would be pissed off going to Nola to play with Ingram CJ and either Zion or herb and Trey. They also will have Jonás, Jose. Hawkins. Dyson. Etc.

That team is very close to winning. It’s better than Philly would be. Or Brooklyn. You can even argue talent for talent it’s better then joining Miami.

Blue chip for blue chip. IMO only the thunder and Cavs have an objectively better young core than Portland if they trade dame for either Zion or Trey plus herb.

Scoot shaedon Simons plus that return is better IMO then the rockets core. I like scoot better then amen. I think shaedon has more upside than Jalen. I think Simons is a quality young player who can be an all star. The only thing the rockets have on the blazers after this deal is según. But if they get either Zion or Trey and herb I think that’s better than Sengun plus other pieces

Jazz is good but not same upside.

Okc and Cleveland is it as better

  6. The real question is do we trade Ingram if we get to keep herb and Murphy 🤨🤔 the pelicans has the best offer for dame while still being competitive right now for a chip but I don’t think he want to come here
