KAT appreciation post. Getting pretty tired of all the hate he’s getting from our fanbase on social media. He’s the 2nd greatest player in franchise history and his #32 will be in the rafters when he retires. Be better fans.

but I’m so angry and miserable so when I’m thinking about the wolves and talking about the wolves that’s what I’m angry and miserable about
it’s the same no matter what I’m talking about. when things I’m supposed to like don’t make me happy despite my own choices and lifestyle, I get very angry.
He’ll be back next year and show all the haters from r/nba who is All-Star and All-NBA here. These guys started to forget, they need a reminder.

Criticism =/= hate
As long as he’s on the team I support him, but that doesn’t mean he can’t be criticized for things he says in the media or things he does on the court that detract from what a special player he can be
That said, I’d love to have his jersey retired someday. I’d also hope that’d mean that the team had accomplished something greater than a first round exit
Still can’t believe we’re at the point where KAT gets hate for saying “I want to win a championship in Minnesota” this fandom is an ungrateful mess.

Wishing to trade KAT is fair analysis for anyone who wants to the Wolves win Championships with Anthony Edwards.
Kat is a very good person and talented nba player. But he needs improvement in defense mostly to garner support for him on a post season team. When defensive activity increases general activity increases and he will be a better player on every front but defense is absolutely the most important thing come postseason. I say keep him until the deadline and if improvements aren’t made then I personally think it’s in the wolves best interest to trade him.
Need to trade him for Dame straight up and surround Ant w some actual DAWGS🔥

I understand some criticism, but people hate KAT for being confident when talking while loving ant for the same thing, it just feels like insane double standards
He’s corny but so are lots of people. He just happens to be in the spotlight. Being corny isn’t a reason to be hated.
As a fan I wish he had more of a killer instinct but he is damn talented.

You’re spittin but these fans think they’re smarter than everyone else for hating on him so it is what it is, no matter how good he plays there’s a certain segment out there that will always jump at the first opportunity and won’t let go until he’s playing good ball again.
Unfortunately the injury + not shooting well in the playoffs has given these people unlimited runway. Also the fact it’s pretty much become commonplace in all of nba fandom to hate on him no matter what.

So excited for next season, 50 wins should be the goal once again and it’s extremely achievable if we stay mostly healthy, but that’s the biggest factor right now.
If he has another shitter in the playoffs or keeps pulling the immature crybaby shit as a 9 year vet than yeah I’m out on him. The hate sucks but if he would just shutup and play to the level of his talent 99% of that goes away.
But yeah this fan base definitely has a love/hate relationship with him at this stage of his career, & I think a decent amount of it is deserved.
