I’ve got my personal theories on why the fandom hates Karl, but seriously, if you can’t handle a guy who’s mildly goofy trying to hype up his team over the offseason, do everyone a favor and just avoid anything Timberwolves until the season starts.

But have you heard his voice? /s
Well..show me something in some big moments KAT and don’t throw out cheeseball quotes that are fodder for the national media/casuals.
Let Karl be Karl eh?
Well apparently Karl being Karl is him melting down because of a foul and panicking in clutch time and jacking up a contested 3 from half court.
Yeah there are a lot of worse things a professional athlete could say or do. The fact that guys like Ant, Pat Bev, KG still love and embrace him should say a lot about his character as a person and an athlete. Funny that all the “Jimmy was right” nerds overlook that fact.
Well the issue is there absolutely are 25 players you’d want to start a franchise with before him and he routinely underforms in the playoffs
KAT stans don’t seem to realize being a nice guy and loyal isn’t how most people evaluate a star player.
most judge a star by playoff track record and when you consistently underform on top of saying unserious and delusional quotes your approval rating will go down
I❤️KAT. Let 😺b😺
Everyone in here going out of their way to get upset about KAT regardless is kinda proving the point of this post
Karl can say whatever he wants. Do whatever he wants. After he wins a playoff series.
I’ve loved and supported Kat on this team. But I’m expecting success from him, especially with his giant contract and the people around him.
Put up or shut up or get traded so we can improve elsewhere.
18, 10, and 2, 3.6 TOV and 55% TS 🤡
Karl is a great person no doubt about that and everyone is weird and cringy. The only thing wrong with this tweet is “there’s aren’t 25 better players to start a franchise around.”
KAT is definitely towards the bottom of that 25 person list.
The comments on these good guy KAT posts are hilarious. It’s mind boggling to know how many toxic fans this fanbase has, and have no self control to keep regurgitating the same things over and over again no matter how irrelevant. L
Some of you guys need to appreciate what we have. He isn’t perfect, but he’s our goofy, corny, all nba, generational offensive big who undoubtedly makes the team better
Some players are gonna take more time than others to actually be good in the playoffs. KG was 27 the first time he got out of the first round (same age Kat is now), and there were only two different years in that span he played better than Kat has in the playoffs. He’s great in the regular season and I don’t think it’s too late in his career to finally unlock in the postseason. One more year won’t hurt.
I don’t care about what he does off the court, genuinely. His attitude on the court is my problem
