That OKC trade is win win situation for both teams.
The thunder have alot of young talent and draft picks to entice a Portland team in a rebuild. OKC has been loading up with salaries lately to make this trade work. It would be good for both teams and push the Thunder over the top while still keeping nice young core
all the people that were calling him a bust were young trolls that don't know ball and looking for attention
D dame trade to okc is not a viable one
Okc would lose too much defense in d guard position and unless fame is ready to be like a Steph curry type of guy willing to do more of the ball den we should consider we love giddey trajectory d floaters would be better nxt season. Dame would be good for d Toronto raptors dea have everything to make him flourish (depending on wat dea give up for dame) just imagine replacing fvv(40%) with dame. That would be a great look for OKC to get Dame. And it would be a great look for Portland to have a bunch of picks to build around Scoot. They can learn from what they didn’t do with Dame. Only thing I dislike about that deal is that it gives the Lakers another team to compete with lol

Why trade of a guard they don't need? That would be a waste of not only cap space but put great young players on the bench to watch Lillard jack up meaningless points like he has every year with the Blazers. Worse you give up young players and picks to get him. That would be brain dead for OKC. Lillard for what he's going to cost is pretty much worthless anywhere he goes at age 34. The NBA are full of guys who jack up shots and play no defense. You don't need to trade for one. They are everywhere cheater than Lillard.
The OKC trade idea is great and tbh, when will they have a player like Dame available in the next 3 years? Only if Luka or Embiid request a trade, PG and Kawhi are not healrhy enough… So they will probably will look back and regret not trying
With Jabari smith jr it’s not that he couldn’t handle the ball at all last year it’s the fact that he played for an adult aau team and that doesn’t fit his style. The same thing happened in the first half of the blazers game where he was an inefficient shot creator. It was his turn then whitmore then eason then amen with no movement. In the second half they made it a point to get it to him in spots and allowed him about 3-4 possessions to get in rhythm and surprise surprise he looks like he did most of the year in college. No basketball player is getting that much better in a small stretch, they just weren’t comfortable to use it based on the situation and then when they are they look great.
Is there a way they could fit jason on first things first ?
