MarJon Beauchamp is HIM and other Bucks Summer League thoughts

MarJon Beauchamp has looked special during the Milwaukee Bucks first two Summer League games and has led the Bucks to a pair of wins, so Rohan Katti and Ti Windisch started the latest Gyro Step with lots of MarJon talk, including what specifically has impressed them and how MarJon is showing he’s taking a leap. From there the guys cover everyone who has suited up for the Bucks, including rookie second round picks Andre Jackson Jr. and Chris Livingston, potential two-way player Jazian Gortman, and more. They eventually circled back to MarJon near the end of the podcast to discuss realistic expectations for him with the real Bucks – which neither host thinks includes being a starter.

  1. I knew Marjon was gonna come in bigger and get some cool dunks, but the thing that surprised me the most is his handle. He is so much more comfortable with the ball and was able to get separation and create looks for himself. I was expecting him to develop into a 3 and D guy but now I'm thinking he's heading toward becoming a complete player.

  2. First off, i'm trying to temper my enthusiasm But it looks like Marjon has made a jump Some guys work on their craft and some guys just hang out party It's evident that he's taking this n b a thing serious, and he's on a Weight program Looks strong out on the court Hes been the best player on the court. The first 2 games I have to watch the second game only saw highlights of the first very impressive but I was impressed last year He definitely's an all star in a couple years if he keeps working on his game
