the Media is too much, even the questions they ask him at times
Whitmore and Cason been hooping too
Basically jabari tricked tbe casuals his rookie season
“ups and downs” it was literally 1 down and 1 up game. Why are people so reactionary nowadays? People be flipping takes every other day/game
Half of y’all call the summer league a joke useless tourney when talking about other rookies like Amen Thompson’s injury, or when it came to Scoot, some of y’all saying he didn’t need to play cause it was a useless “rec game”
But here we got the other half saying that Wemby is already a bust over 1 summer league game 😂 casuals are so funny
Jj Finna be in Ireland 😂
I don't get the Rockets drafting 2 rookies and having so many young guys and not trading any of them.
You bring in Fred and Brooks so how are you going to play/develop all those young guys at once?
Imo second year players have a better chance to be successful at summer league games because they have already played an NBA season and have more experience. Right JJ?
Ups and downs? He’s 19, transitioning from French basketball to the NBA thus ups and downs. Not hard to figure out.
JJ doing it again .. No mention of Keegan Murray ?
Reading these comments really makes me think The NBA discourse is cooked people really are jumping to a conclusion on Vic good or bad off of two summer league games😂. Everybody wants to be the first to call somebody a bust or a future superstar. Give the dude at least one regular season before you make ya hot takes Jesus
so crazy how everyone overreacts to every damn game played nowadays. as if it has anything to say about the career of Wemby
He should learn to use the spacehook of Kareem, he has the tools to do it, and he would have a longer carreer
JJ when are u coming over to Ireland fella ☘
FYI he wasn’t even the highest scoring player in that game.
We just don’t have enough tape to know what he will be yet
7:38 Tell me you didn't watch the pistons without telling me you didn't watch the pistons
Lol he’s going to get 21-22 a game 11-12 RPG and 3 bpg. He’s going to be fine. Hopefully the Spurs can land Collier and watch out league.
Even if he won't have a offensive game, he will be great in defense because he is mobile and tall. The reason why he is good becquse you can never teach height and length. Wemby's potential floor is a DPOY candidate.
they said he was gon be the best player ever😭 no wonder he slippin n fallin the pressure was immense
can wemby throw the ball the full length of the court?
JJ makes too much money to be filming in 240p
I wanted to see where his physicality was at on the defensive end and rebounding. It seemed like he didn't want to mix it up…even with the smaller players and I don't think 7-4 is an advantage on the outside.
Why are we hyping up 1st year rookies? Let's look at 2nd 3rd year players in the nba and see who could potentially break out.
Wemby is built like an anorexic pencil. Dude is gonna be injured most of his career.
If he truly “just wants to hoop” San Antonio couldn’t be more perfect for wemby
You’re not a special athlete until you have haters. Victor is on the right track.😊
By the end of the season yal will be making a excuse to why buddy trash
Thanks tommy for totally shifting away from ausar
He won’t be keeping it up in summer league at least since Spurs are pulling the plug.
When he did that tip dunk to his self i was like oh yea he finna go stupid 😤😂
Constant coverage like this is part of the distraction..
It’s clear Wembanyama is gonna be special, he just needs 20 lbs on him..
Victor needs a 24/7 Truman show. . Pop would be great in it. Everyone loves Tim and Parker and ginoboli.
If the body stays healthy… no doubt this kid gonna be one the goats
Y’all mean “why the up and down?”
Honestly, no 2nd year player stood out as much as Keegan Murray.. Jabari Smith came in 2nd place tho
