Cronin is so afraid to admit that they are in a rebuilding mode. Blazers management is moving very slow. if you want to rebuild sell the entire house just like what the magic did. rebuilding in the west will take time you just have to move forward.

Why is Joy Taylor still on air?
What’s crazy is that they fail to mention that he wants to stay and wanted the franchise to contend. Instead they kept getting younger. Dame case is totally different and they are drowning that key component.
It amazes me how the rest of the panel at SPEAK continues to let Joy get away with saying the dumbest things. The difference between the Aaron Rodgers and Damien Lillard Trade requests is that Rodgers would have simply RETIRED if he were to be traded to any other team, while everyone knows Dame is not going to retire any time soon.
They just delaying the inevitable. No team will offer a better deal than the heat. If theres a team that has a better offer, dame would have been traded already. GM is just bluffing 😂😂😂
Lillard is not going to win a championship in Miami.His chances are better in Philly.

Portland will lose regardless. They ain’t winning anything until they draft a generational talent. Losing or keeping dame ain’t changing anything. They’re definitely in a worse situation if they keep dame. Besides, scoot will request for a trade in the future 😂

Cronin has already failed. He's willing to wait months because he's hoping to secure employment until trade deadline. He needs a homerun or he's gone, and he knows it. He stripped team of talent, got nothing in return, and now needs a homerun to extend his job. Jody Allen has got her finger on the trigger. If Cronin can't dig himself out of this hole, he's done. And he may never get another chance at GM again in his life. He needs a miracle.

I think Dame requested a trade because he knows he's leaving next year regardless. He has a player option next year and will likely decline it. I think he and Portland knows that and i dont believe there is an urgency to leave this season, i believe he wants Portland to at least gain something from his departure and asking for a trade rather than just walking leaves him feeling better about him leaving Portland.
