Whether it’s against summer leaguers or NBA level players doesn’t really matter because it’s still officiated the same with the same rule set.
Is just frankly much more physical and less free-flowing in Europe and this is a sentiment that’s been echoed for a long time and is not controversial
There’s no defensive 3 seconds, most teams carry multiple old school, big thrash and bash 7 footers, the court is smaller, the pace is slower, and touch fouls are called significantly less
There’s more tolerance for contact on the perimeter as well
