Who was rated as just as high as Jamal Murray in 2K24? Which NBA legend threw the utmost shade at Nikola Jokic?

  1. I didn't get the impression that Arenas thought his take on jokic was a good thing. It seemed like he was just recognizing a reality even if he was disappointed by it.

  2. No surprise Gilbert Arenas is hating. Dude loves to drink haterade and I can't stand players from past generations like Gil that do nothing but shit on the current generation. Shit is annoying.

  3. I watch Jokic. My kids like what he is doing. On the other hand, Gilbert Arenas was nothing more than a Provincial Windbag that didn't achieve anything except pulled a gun on someone.

Arenas is PATHETIC to the CORE!

  4. Jamal should be an 88 at least. Hell.. most consider him top 5 pg now. easily top 25 (speaking for everyone) edit: yeah 90

  5. Murray should be a 91, ja morant should be a 90, dearron fox should be an 88, Trae young should be an 89.

  6. If the player rating is based on his performance this past season. then I can see why they made him an 84… Jamal had a solid regular season. but not a great one. and while he did have a greart post season, you can't forget his regular season performance. remember the post season is just 28 games long… the regular season is 82. so… It has a much bigger weight on his ratting.

  7. Bro, like the vid, def agree with most points you've said. Gotta say that Gil Arenas point was solid. He said he was a great player but didn't have what the fans, especially the casuals wanna see. Casuals wanna see ppl like Ja, Giannis and Ant man dunk on ppl, they wanna see Steph dame and Trae, do logo threes. He's saying, at least from what I saw in that quote, that Jokic got an incredible but not the most exciting game, the IT he's talking abt is the game that's gonna fll the seats yunno

Also, def taking Shai Gil-Alexander over Murray any day. Def got a higher ceiling and a better playmaker. Murray a great pg but we gotta recognize that Jokic is the floor general and not Murray so if we taking abt a pg to build around, gimme Shai. 32 pts average while that young ain't no joke fr.

Enjoy the content tho, keep it up

  8. Honestly, when you look at the American culture, Arenus is right. In America, he won't be that great, because Jokic doesn't like the spotlight, doesn't like cringe commercials, crunge dancing and singing. American culture is obsessed with bombasticness, with being loud, with someone's face being anywhere and everywhere, on talk shows, commercials, products etc. They want a person who is 100% dedicated to this basketball persona. They want NBA to be their whole life. But Jokic was raised different. NBA is just a job to him. He would rather enjoy in his hobbies and spend time with his wonderful family than be like "I am Nikola Jokic and this is my favorite shop on the Citadel". The only commercials I've ever seen him in are the Serbian ones, and they are just so brief, he is so matter of fact about them, even looking bored. But unlike the American youth, this is enough for the Europeans, and especially Serbians, to still considering him one the greats, if not the best ever in basketball.

So yeah, Arenus is completely right. But it's not that Jokic is the problem. It's America and their media culture that is the problem. And if you ask me, I'd be happy if Jokic stays the way he is, being an actual good example for the youth: humble, honest family man.

  9. The disrespect continues. No surprise. Love your points, but I honestly didn't like the giant emotes. They were just really distracting. Keep up the good work man.
