First, CP was not rude or even short with that reporter – that is BS. He said it with a grin and a friendly laugh – it was joke. So, this is just silliness that the media concocted for a REALLY slow week in sports. Second, CP is a pro's pro – he is not going to whine or cause any problem if he leads the 2d unit. That 2d unit is a HUGE liability – giving him responsibility to change it is a big job. I think he will convert that 2d unit into a real plus.
Chris needs to put his pride to the side and come off the bench. The warriors best lineup is clearly
STEPH
KLAY
WIGGS
DRAY
LOONEY
Paul has fell off and starting him would also make the lineup too small. Size was a huge issue last season
Well, I think he's right. Media all assume what his role is before even seeing how the season starts and what Kerr does. You all don't know what the team discussed with CP3 before the trade. Lineups can change every game.

Bucher's take is awful. If CP3 actually expects the media to put him on the same level as Steph, then he is on drugs. Zero comparison. None. As for CP3 responding sideways about coming off the bench….remember when his buddy Melo did the same thing….and was outta the league a few seasons later.
CP3 is almost 40! super slow and borderline guaranteed to get hurt come playoff time. CP3 at 25 is a whole different conversation… but this is a terrible fit.

This is a fake issue being discussed. It's the summer, and they're running out of topics. GS will either start CP3 at PG and shift everyone else in the starting lineup to the next positional role with Loon coming off the bench.
Starting Unit:
CP3, Steph, Klay, Wigs, and Draymond
Next group of Subs:
Loon, GPII, JK, Moody, Joseph, Saric, and depending on how quickly he picks up the system, TJD; as well as one more key free agent signing that has yet to occur.
The real question is at some point in the season, do they have CP3 being the 6th Man and Saric starting; but what we do know, Draymond and Loon can not be out there (as two non'shooters) at the same time. So, what 2-3 lineups are best that maximizes what GS does best, exposes their weakness the least, and improves the play during the minute's Steph is resting/sitting!?!?

He can start. When he was with the rockets. The closing lineup that pushed KD warriors to 7 was Paul Harden Gordon Ariza Tucker. That team was smaller than this one

I respect Acho for throwing life preservers but La Shay is what this show doesn't need. I couldnt disagree with acho & JJ's pov any more but i love how everybody stood on business behind their take. Acho in rare form Joy & Slick flexing their basketball acumen is 2nd to none and JJ gives us that actual factual the people need. This is the best version of Speak we've seen thus far
