The Toronto Raptors and the NBA are entering the Free agency period. The Raptors are close to signing another assistant, signed a Summer League player, and are mixed up in rumours fueled by the appearance of D’Angelo Russel working out in Toronto.
Here, we look at all the undrafted rookies that have been signed to date and build on the idea of teams with salary cap room available poaching restricted Free Agents from teams above the luxury threshold who will be more reluctant to match inflated offers.

Be sure to list me your list of RFA's you would poach if you were a team with money. Remember, only players on teams that are well above the luxury are likely to not match an offer. Cheers and have some fun.

I'm new here i found your channel last week when u did your gary video. u called that one., I just unsubribed from Pensare because in his latest stream he once again he sensord his chat and then spouted off on a supporter for having a differtent opinion. he then wrote me a huge reply (that he eventually deleted) telling me how ungrateful I was for the amazing content iwas able to watch from him. my original comment was sincere and cautioned him about being mean to his supporters. he has of course deleted all traces of the interaction. in truth i watched him because he says ridiculous stuff not because he knows his basketball. Reading the chat on the videos here makes me see how a content maker can respond to people that disagree with them. i give serious props to @the ghubstown clink for how he deals with people who are only here to stir things up. i screenshotted the interaction with rob and sent the screnshots to ghubbstown for a little poetic justice. pensare is an ungrateful joke who's only attraction is his divisiveness. as if saying scottie is a great basketbal;l player is a risky take. does that make every basketball fan in canada a hoops guru? buddy acts like he has said something no one else sees plainly. i hope you make a mockery of him ghubbs. you have my permission to use the screenshots.

If we're looking at teams above the salary cap, Phoenix is probably a good place to start. Landale might actually be a good acquisition. Backup centre if Koloko needs more time to develop in the 905. If FVV departs and we are looking for a guard maybe White or Dosonmu from Chicago? I dunno, im terrible at this stuff haha.
