Dame is going to Miami but the Blazers need to save face by haggling so other teams who come in the future aren’t trying to fleece them. It’s a power play.

Lillard has never been on a powerhouse team. Portland's ragtag Blazers were halfway decent because of Dame. The Heat will be fun to watch.
When will Portland trade Dame? They're either waiting for the Jaquez Jr. contract to clear (August), or the Blazers are a scared rudderless franchise in denial. Portland will go back to the bottom of teams talked about once Dame is gone.

All these talks about Dame are getting as uninteresting as what shirt Lebron wore. Either he's going to Miami or he's going to be on a team where no one will talk about Dame except when he scores 50 in a losing game or hits a game winner in a game that ultimately does not matter.
