  1. lot of what ifs but the reality is that the rockets have HOF shot chuckers in FVV 39%fg Brooks at 23% 3fg and then jalen green at 41% fg…. there is also this rift between superstar talent like jebari smith and playoff contributing old heads like jeff green, brooks,FVV hopefully both camps can coexist on the team. Expecting 30 wins this season for the rockets but they'll be fun to watch regardless

  2. I think it's funny all them 🤡' s were crying when Harden left !!!! Oh no this team sucks !!! Oh No they didn't get enough for Harden !!! Victor Olidapo sucks!!! This team will never win. All through the rebuild crying and crying over and over. I kept saying this team is rebuilding it takes time!!!! I'm glad I'm patient and waited for this team to get to this point!!! I see like 6 potential superstar players like all starters and a 6th man in Eason!!! Now just to round out the bench around KPJ and we legit!!! Let's do this!!

  3. Lineup should be Amen/JG/Tari/Jabari/Sengun but it will probably be Vanvleet starting, and if that happens why not try a positionless Vanvleet/JG/Amen/Jabari/Sengun lineup?

  4. I try to tell people how bright our future is. This team will have too much depth in 2 years

  5. One thing people are forgetting is Fred played the most possession off the ball last season as a PG. He doesn’t need the ball to dominate and to make an impact.

Lineups gonna be crazy anyhow too much talent 🥶

  6. Jabari Smith Jr is in the Summer league scoring 38 points. So the Rockets are very underrated just like the Thunder who is getting Chet Holmgren back.

  7. Dillon brooks will have to start so I have:
Fred, Green, Brooks, Whitmore, Smith Jr
    My fav line up:
    Amen, KPJ, Green, Eason, Jock

  8. Kpj played shooting guard and small foward for the Cavs. He can backup jalen and be a great 6th man like Lou will, Jamal Crawford ,etc.

  9. Fred Van Fleet
    Jalen Green
    Dillon Brooks
    Jabari Smith jr
    Alperen Sengun

    Amen Thompson
    Kevin Porter jr
    Cam Whitmore
    Tari Eason
    Jock Landale

The roster construction is starting too take form, love the overall balance in both the starting and bench units, sprinkling quality vets throughout the roster and adding a competent coach, what stands out to me is the sheer number of athletic, versatile, lengthy, & switchy guys we have on the perimeter.. so I’m excited to see this team develop more of an identity on defense, just imagine all those guys operating off hand offs and cuts while Sengun hits them with dimes all day

  10. Ima be honest you and a lot of people forget or forgot that tate is still on the team 😂😂😂 poor tate. Cam isn't coming off the bench over tate. I personally would like for them to trade tate because he's undersized but atm he's better then cam

  11. I notice that you mentioned less in terms of JG.
Actually, many are pretty high on him, as a rox fan, i kept track of games in past two seasons (Houston Rockets) during silas tenure, i do believe JG has been overestimated, both athleticism wise and bball IQ wise, but that's not the worst part, the worst past is he's mentally weak, yo could seldom find him taking over or stepping up in the fourth, also his performance is pretty inconsistent, from time to time he disappears for games can't find his touch back, got never improve as to consistency for two yrs.

  12. KPJ is best suited as the Rockets' 6th man. We'll see if he's mature enough to handle that role.

  13. They’re still gonna suck. They’re paying Vanvleet the savior money shooting 40% from the field for his career and 39% last yr. Dillon Brooks 80 mil. And then a bunch of young guys

  14. Second unit will be real good but they can trade KPJ by Febuary if he’s doing good and value is high

  15. And James Harden wanted to come in and mess everything up. Nooo WE DONT WANT YOU BACK BRO! we good! Glad Ime put a sock in that real quick

  16. PG – Fred V. & Amen T.
    SG – Jalen G. & Kevin P.
    SF – Dillon B. & Cam W. & Jae'Sean T.
    PF – Jabari S. & Tari Eason
    C – Alperen S & Jock L.

Went from forward being Houston's weakness to their strength, 4 great guards & 4 great forwards!

  17. I clicked that subscribe my boy ! Great content and I like how you do your homework.

  18. I would not be surprised if Tari Eason takes over at SF over Dillon Brooks

  19. I see Cam starting in the G league to get more experience and KPJ being the 6th man playing the 2 and 3. What’s nice about KPJ and Amen is they can both play the 1-3 for us, lots of lineup diversity

  20. Dillon Brooks was a mistake. I like the other moves from a leadership and mentorship standpoint. But I would not have brought in Brooks with all these young people. Brooks has progressively gotten worse from his rookie year…that is not supposed to happen, it is indicative of an average work ethic or worse. His shooting is atrocious, he is billed as a good defensive player yet if you compare him to an elite defender like Alex Caruso, Brooks is being paid double that of AC yet averages less steals and less blocks, he has a worse Win Shares and Per (its not even close) despite Caruso having to play less min due to a bad back this year. Yes Brooks scored more points but at what cost, he shot 39.6% (from the field and 32.6% from 3pt land) . And its not like he is a rebounding demon ala Dennis Rodman he only averages 3.3 RPG. Other than get technical fouls I am trying to figure out what he does well. This was a bad way to spend those millions, there are better veteran players available that could also mentor all the young guys.

  21. Brooks will be demanding a trade soon, he thinks he is better than he is and he will not beat out Eason, Whitmore, and Smith for minutes. If he does early it won't last. Eason has better WS and PER as a rookie than Brooks did last season. And I think Eason is more mature mentally.

  22. i can see them being like the 2014 Rockets where they showed significant progression after getting Harden and signing McHale as a new coach. They just removed some liabilities and signed some pretty valuable pieces for their defense/perimeter shooting + Ime Udoka. Jabari, Eason, Whitmore, and Amen all look good for them during Summer League too, especially Eason and Jabari.
