His series against the bucks this year was literally on another planet

Alternate Universe Healthy Ankle Post-Round 2 2023 Jimmy

  4. Josh Hart can go to hell! That Bucks series was insane though

2022 arm sleeve Jimmy was practically unstoppable the entirety of the playoffs with the exception of that 3 game stretch after Pritchard tripped him. Thankfully Jimmy came back to form for Games 6 and 7.

2023 Jimmy has the best peak.

Jimmy might have been Jimmy Jordan in 2023 if it weren’t for Josh Hart’s punk ass

As far as entire playoffs, 2020 no doubt. But up until the ankle this year Jimmy was otherworldly.

As far as a full consistent playoff run goes itā€™s gotta be 2022. That team looked out of gas (Butler included) going back to Boston facing elimination in game 6, then he channeled his inner Lebron in that game for 47/9/8, then almost won them game 7 in Miami as well.

But if weā€™re just looking at peaks, he was a fucking alien in that 1st round against Milwaukee. I really believe if he didnā€™t sprain his ankle, 2023 would be one of the all time great playoff runs.

Bubble Butler truly showed out vs Lakers, but I’m not disowning ’23 Butler just because of the Finals. What he did to the Knicks and Celtics in certain games can not be understated, especially injured in those later series.

Preseason 2022/2023 with the Tracy Chapman hair

Neither. 2021 ā€œstupidly locked inā€ Jimmy was favorite.

Joking aside, 2023 had the highest peaks, last year was probably the most consistent though. Although this year is also harder to judge since he was playing hurt

Jimmy against the Bucks was as good as a basketball player can possibly be. Going against 3 elite defenders and still dropping 50 on their hands is insane.

  13. As an outsider looking in Iā€™m saying 2023 for one reason

His drop off after big games werenā€™t as detrimental to the team as they were in previous years.

He managed to barely outclass Lebron in like 2 games and one of those games they almost lost. But the next games the lakers would just dominate almost the whole way with a bit of chippiness here and there pending on game state.

Heā€™s grown from that and heā€™s become effective elsewhere as well

Bubble Butler price gouging the entire league for coffee.
