    Dame is going to be living lavish with the best defender in the sport on his team and Bam is going to be living lavish having one of the best 1 man offensive engines in the league as his pnr partner.

    i like how the narrative has slowly transitioned over the last year:

    * dame is miserable – he needs to get out of portland. they are wasting him
    * oh good – he’s finally getting out. good for him
    * no wait. not that way. he can’t go to the defending ECF champs. that’s not fair
    * he should be going to boston or la where it’s competitive
    * oh well – it won’t matter his defense sucks – he’s the worst defender in the league, you’re still going to get torched.
    * oh but we still want 5 FRP and 3 players in the deal for this worst defender of all time

    people will convince themselves of anything just to hate the heat – and this includes 2 day old accounts claiming to be heat fans
