  1. He’s done absolutely nothing to prove he is anything close to an all star let alone franchise player

  2. He has elite shooting, if he can create his own shot consistently and attack the basket. He will be a franchise player for sure. He need that dog in him.

  3. Keegan was my only choice to be drafted by the Kings last year. I knew he was a special talent. He will be great soon.

  4. Ah.. guys are we talking about franchise player for a team in the middle of the table or for a title contender? If we are talking from history point then yes – it seems that Keegan is good enough, but if we are talking about title contender – the bar you are setting with him is too low. Not to mention that every real title contender team actually have a very, very sold second team. I would say he is good player for second unit of the title contender team.

  5. Love Keegan. Excited to see him take a leap forward. Still not sure he's the #3 on a title contender. My hot take is that Sasha might be the third best player this season.

  6. Good chance Keegan will be a franchise player. If he becomes a Superstar along with Fox and Sabonis, NBA may witness a new big 3 and its from Sacramento. That is championship calibar team. If defense is better, its game over for the rest of the league. If Sabonis does get better along with Fox, this team will be championship contender for at least 6 to 8 years. If Keegan in his prime does average say like 28.6 points per game and does have a career high of like 64, he can turn out maybe top 50 greatest shooter in the NBA. He can play defense also.

  7. He'll be the best player on this franchise sooner than most expect. He's a special talent and his potential is off the hook!

  8. I love his game. He’s got a sniper shot from 3 and IS a franchise player that is a far more talented superstar. So happy Kings brass have the front office that’s drafting and trading smart. Love my Kings future challenging for not one but several championships!!

  9. I hated seeing Tyrese traded BUT when I heard we got Sabonis I was thrilled as that truly was a good trade. This reminds me of the 2002 Kings moves but even better where they traded for a young all star PF/C, drafted well, and signed the right supporting players. This is the correct formula for the Kings clearly

  10. Keegan breathes basketball. Undistractable. He will not settle. 260 3. 16 and 7 this season. All star year 4. It's happening!

  11. …drafting Fox then re-signing him, acquiring Sabonis, Huerter, signing Barnes, drafting Murray, signing Monk. This screams 2002 formula that worked, Traded for Webber and Divac, drafted Peja, traded for Bibby, acquired Bobby Jackson, which led to great success. I pray this time that Sabonis has not freak injury like Webber had that derailed a potential dynasty here. Love my Kings since day one of the days I rooted for them w/Richmond, Spud, Edney.
