Julian Phillips was the 19th best HS player in the country his senior year. A lot of players in the HS Top-20 get to the league, even if they didn't do that well in college. Many examples of this. But he's not just "some guy", he was a highly recruited player out of HS. Phillips could actually be a sleeper. His athleticism and motor could get him minutes, while he refines his shooting, which has potential based on his FT% and his HS shooting percentages. Stay tuned…

Jesus, do ppl understand drafting for the future under the expectation that those players can be developed??? Every player AKME has drafted is a Swiss army knife on offense, at least 6'5", athletic, and plays defense instinctively. Thats literally what the league is all about. Its not fair to judge AKME harshly bc we as fans are impatient. Its like everyone forgot how the last 4 years of GARPAX played out n the shitty roster we had.
