  1. Another question:
When are they going to League JFL?
Why did Julian get a 4 year deal?
Are they going to sign Christian Wood? And if so, how much cap do we have left to re sign Ayo through qualifying offer?

  2. Who will they sign I’m excited to see what they will do but one thing that is really making me frustrated is yes they were aggressive and got some shooters and size but there is still one thing they have yet addressed. Rim protection they need to get more big man that can rim protect and play defense

  3. It’s going straight to Reinsdorfs pockets. Even if the Bulls are in the 4-6 seed, I find it highly unilkely they give the green light to go into the tax. This ownership is the biggest hamstring for the Bulls. Aside from piss-poor 3 point shooting😂

  4. It’s gotta be best available, either if it’s a trade or free agent. It has to be the right choice using the exeception.

  5. Im pretty sure they would use it. Why wouldn’t they? Why go through all the trouble of having it get approved and have Lonzo sit out to not use. When will they use and who will they use it on… that i dont know. Let’s see what AKME has up their sleeves. Im not down on them yet like most bulls fans are.

  6. I actually think they will use the DPE early before the season. Tax doesn't apply until after the season. So if we sign someone and we are above the apron and not doing well we can flip a guy like let's say demar at the deadline, get under the apron and avoid the tax. If we doing well then we pay the tax. We also have salary we can waive if we not doing well to avoid the tax by mid season

I would grab Christian wood. Oubre too redundant with lavine and coby imo. We need an athlete who can rebound and since vuc plays a lot outside anyway him and wood could develop chemistry where their games are not clashing.

  7. I think the Bulls going to be pretty good this coming season with the additions of Torrey Craig,Jevon Carter and Julian Phillips. I predict the Bulls to win 46-48 games this coming season and be 5th or 6th seed in the East. Hell this past season they could've won 46 games if the refs didn't cheat them out of about 5-6 games with bad calls down the stretch that caused them a victory and the NBA reviewed those calls the next day and confirmed that the refs screwed them over lol. Yeah also I agree that I'd love for AKME to add Kelly Oubre Jr to come off the bench for scoring.

  8. I think the front office are not gonna use the DPE for any of the guys you mentioned. The ownership will only pay the Luxury tax if it makes the Bulls title contenders. Those players might be an improvement to the roster but they're most probably not gonna make the Bulls contenders. I think ownership will only pay the Luxury tax if it means getting big names that will make the Bulls title contenders right away.

  9. No, Oubre seems like a headcase. Not the kind of guy that this squad needs. The fact that he’s still available says it all

  10. Yeah, let’s add a 12th guard…. Def a big no to oubre. Don’t need another low iq guy that is gonna make Billy’s head explode (cough cough, Zach)
Just fill out the roster with minimum guys and maintain the cap space in case a real opportunity becomes available later

  11. Gimme Christian Wood all day! Big guy, excellent scorer which we need. Could slot right into the starting 4, and suddenly this team is looking dangerous
    PG: Carter
    SG: LaVine
    SF: DeRozan
    PF: Wood
    C: Vuc
    BPG: Caruso
    BSG: Coby
    BSF: Partick
    BPF: Craig
    BC: Drummond

That's a legit team right there. Starting defense is a little questionable but that second unit has some dawgs and some versatile scoring so I think wood would easily be the best option. Take the talent, figure it out later.

  12. straight scorer like PJ Washington or christian woods, thats something that might give us a playoff-series win

  13. The bulls won’t be able to play anyone they sign, that would make 11 rotation spots and Billy barely plays 9

  14. Wood is better than Vuc or Drummond Not signing him because you have Vuc is … unreal

  15. I've wanted the BULLS to get Christian Wood for years. He can start at PF and play small ball center. Gives the BULLS a lot of options with bigs for a team that has been very small. Plus Wood can shoot the 3. I think he makes them a top 4 in the East. PWill can play backup sf/pf. It gives Donovan a lot of options.

  16. One time…one time in history all the while selling out year after year, decade after decade…while glutting off the fortune of having drafted the greatest player in the history of the sport and an icon of the last century on par with Ruth, Pele, Ali…one time while enjoying the spoils of the greatest dynasty in modern basketball history, an international brand that is still the envy of the league and that fuels a merchandising machine that has been an industry unto itself. The reinsdorf ownership group has allowed itself to put investment over pure profit, to put the appreciation of fans over the bottom line, to put winning over frugality only once. Shame.

  17. real difference in wins last season was being 1st in the League in 2nd Chance Points Allowed and 4th in Offensive rebounds allowed. They refuse to get a PF that will give them the complement that Vuc is missing.. Smurf ball without the needed prototype at the starting 4/pf will get them a play in tourney birth again.. Billy wont play Dre with Vuc and the wont go get the 4 they need, so that exception is just gonna sit there unless they use it with a player in a trade to get a final year contract player.. They dont have to use the exception to spend up to the $172M tax apron. After Ayo and Sanogo signings they will be only ~$3M under the 2nd Apron ($172M hard cap).

  18. If it’s an exception, why would they pay the tax? Or is it that it just frees up the roster spot? Confused to what the “exception” is referring to

  19. Where the hell is pops talking about his boys the shit????? If u ask me all them MFs played a money game. I'm a bulls fan. He gets paid and doesn't do shit!!!!!!! But watch young brother they gone get they money out yo ass 1 way or the other. Hope pops keeps u safe!!!!
