    You are blaming Harden for the Sixers history of not getting past the 2nd round when he was only here n healthy for one playoffs and personally won us 2 games himself in that 2nd round. So to say he's not worth it because we still haven't gotten past the 2nd round makes zero sense. Harden is clearly worth it. Compare it to how Dallas handled Kyrie who also didn't have any other offers on the table.

    Why is everybody saying Harden extension would tie up on ur cap space, assuming he won't live up to it which he has always done, and 2 when has a player like Harden ever not been tradeable? If we were to give him an extension we could have easily, super duper easily have traded him down the line if it didn't work out. The pros outweighed the cons by significant margins here. That is why I say Josh Harris and Morey really botched this bad they should have paid Harden the money he's worth from the beginning bcuz their was never better options anyway.

    Get rid of him he’s beyond his prime Eric Snow did what harden does now we have our Iverson on the team times 2 now get a good enough PG and we good.

    Time to face facts, the 2nd round of the weak eastern conf means nothing you might as well be out the playoffs to rebuild but these owners LOVE it its just enough to earn $ & keep fans coming back. If you aren't one of the top 3 teams in either conf you've got no chance. Not sold we can win w embiid anymore he won't play the post more consistently & is always, always hurt. He ain't gonna magically play 82 games. So this w terrible drafting mind boggling trades were forever stuck in purgatory.

    James Harden will leave. He wants to win a Championship. Here's the Truth; James Harden is a great player, an all-star, but in the playoffs he underperforms, so he needs teammates that will carry him when it matters most. James knows this. But in Boston, games 6 and 7, he needed Embiid to carry him out of that round, but Embiid didn't, he couldn't, he choked too. James saw this, and knows he can't win with Embiid, he chokes too.

    i wouldn't budge, Harden at the end of the day is a business man… he doesn't deserve john wall treatment. lavine aint the guy everyone thinks he is. id rather have derozen and carushow, but these moments have long passed
