    Sa kahit anong team sports kahit star studded ang line up if the system doesn't fit sa players and vice versa di yan mag work.kahit na medyo maliliit if the syatem fit sa skills set ng mga players there is a big chance to win. Gaya kay coach Tab young yung players nya mas athletic conpared sa mga ibang gilas line up kaya bagay yung motion offense na system nya kasi yung line up nya anyone can shoot from three.Kay coach chot naman na de bble drive dapat magaling sa iso at malaki ang mga guards at quick tapos malakas ang position 4 kaya effective yung gilas noong 2014 kasi may malakas sa ilalaim then dyan suna norwood at de ocampo sa 4. Tapos may matalinong mga guards compared now.
