If Chris Bosh never had his Blood Clots, How far would’ve the 2016 Heat went?

Heat fell to the Raptors in 7 in the Conference Semifinals.

Still stings. Bosh was about to go off that season

ECF, Lebron was just too good, don’t think we’d get past him.

  3. Ecf. Weren’t gonna beat bron much less the 73-9 warriors

Once upon a time it was a popular heat fan homer take to say they woulda beat the Cavs

I just find that hard to imagine. Woulda been a fun series though.

At the very least it would of been Miami vs Cleveland in the Eastern Conference finals, Chris Bosh was playing so well that year also

Or what if they never washed his lucky socks?

They probably beat us, but I’m not sure they’d get by the Cavs. I’d say Cleveland in 7, but a finals appearance wouldn’t be outlandish to say the least.

ECF for sure. It’s all up to Spo and how the shots fall at that point. I’d like to think they could game plan against Lebron. Warriors would be favored.

Probably losing in the NBA Finals at best, 2nd round exit at worst.

ECF for sure. Maybe Finals. Similar to the team now

I remember this team specifically for the few times Beno and Dragic played together, the first all Slovenian left handed back court in NBA history

That team actually matched up well vs the Cavs, even without Bosh and just a healthy Whiteside, their fans didn’t want to play Miami. That squad matched up better with GSW than people realize but to pull off that upset, you are hoping that Joe Johnson, Deng and Josh Richardson shoot lights out.

we didnt even need bosh. we just needed hassan whiteside playing to beat the raptors. this was when we thought hassan was gonna be who bam adebayo is rn. bismack biyombo was feasting on us and was never heard again after lmao. bosh plays we take cleveland to 6 or 7, small chance we win but its a great contest.

that 2016 team all in their prime is an all time championship team. wade, bosh, whiteside, dragic, luol deng, joe johnson, amare stoudemire.

People love to do this thing where they say a team gets really bad when Bron leaves but they completely forget this masterful retool of a roster, should’ve at least taken Cleveland to 6-7

  15. medueleelbichomeng

all I know is we get a cavs heat ECF bron vs wade and CB, spo wouldve been LIVING.

  16. crackhousebob

I’m in Toronto so wasn’t paying attention to Miami enough to remember the roster. How was D Wade’s knee issues that year?

  17. Vitiate1367

I loved that team. The ECF would’ve been sick. Instead we watched Lebron dick slap the raptors yet again

  18. captain4103

I think about that what if all the time. By the time we faced the raptors in the conference semi’s both bosh and Whiteside were down and Jonas V. (I can’t spell that shit) was killing us. If we were healthy. We would’ve faced the Cavs for sure. And we had a winning record against them that year. I think we would’ve beaten the Cavs and gotten stomped by the warriors. Barring a legendary finals performance from both Wade and Bosh I don’t think we could’ve beaten them.

  19. Doublebaconandcheese

Probably 74-8 season and sweep the entire playoffs if I had to guess

  20. tomgreen99200

At least ECF and would have gotten the Wade / Lebron showdown we all deserved

  21. futurefever

East finals vs Cavs, bron vs Wade for a chance to fight for the chip would be fucking epic

  22. JournalistOld6488

2014-2015 team went 16-10 before with a starting lineup of Goran -DWade-Deng-Bosh-Whiteside which projected to 51 wins and would have been good enough for the 3rd seed in the East that year behind ATL and CLeveland who met in the ECF. We would have taken out Atl and it would have been a dog fight if we had met them instead. We won 48 in 2015-16 with no Bosh at all and would probably won 50+ games again definitely beating the Raptors who we took to game 7 without Bosh. Would have probably been an epic battle of DWade vs LeBron both years in ECF.

Damn blood clots are so insane. How do people even get those?
