  1. Dalen still got a lot of work to do.
I like JFL and Yago but Bulls is stacked on the guard spot.
Too bad Justin Lewis got hurt again. Wanna see more of him.
    Philips and Sanogo looks promising.

  2. We gotta give JFL that last 2-way, he's earned that spot compared to the rest of the dudes that got handed one. I WILL BE PISSED if we lose JFL because he's played his heart out and was clearly the best player on this team, but then again……….this is what the Bulls do.

  3. Sanogo was the one I was looking forward to seeing most and I wasn't disappointed, he and Yago had a nice pick 'n' roll going. I knew nothing about Yago whatsoever but the fella can play, handles the ball well, is aggressive and can shoot, I like his spunk. And obviously, Freeman-Liberty was the standout.

  4. We don't need Dalen shooting. Thats never what we drafted him for. He is a good facilitator, a decent ball handler and can run in fast breaks. Thats what we needed fr. That is what Zo brought along with shooting yes but I feel like we have addressed some of those shooting problems. Dalen does have work to do and shooting is a plus but he was the primary ball handler for the team and did a pretty good with that. He can also finish at the rim too.

  5. JFL deserves a spot on this roster. We would be missing a piece if Ayo does walk.
Sanogo did his thing and proved his value and showed his potential.
Julian Phillips also looks good. Development is needed but he is a rookie so ofc it is.
Nate Darling and Henri Drell are really good shooters as well. They can address the lack of shooting.

  6. Here are my thoughts:

JFL is great and everyone has already talked about that enough. Sign him.

Julian Philips looked pretty promising. Iā€™m even higher on him after summer league. He didnā€™t score a ton, but he did a lot of important and valuable things on the court. Right now I see him ahead of Terry in the rotation. He offers what the Bulls need ā€œfit wiseā€ better than DT.

Adama Sanogo is another one Iā€™m a fan of. I feel like he can progress into a very good strong player at center. I feel like if he does good in the G-league he might get a few call ups to the main roster throughout the season.

  7. Adama Sanogo is going to need some hops. Man is a 6'9" C with a 20 inch standing vert and a 25 inch vertical. To put in a perspective, the average adult vert is 20 inches. If he's going to go up against guys taller than him he's going to need at least a 35" vert to catch lobs and offensive boards. Yago threw a lob a couple times to Sanogo and he barely reached it with his finger tips with jumping and Yago is the best passer on the team. He wouldn't miss a lob. He does have his strength to get him started.

  8. I'm not worried about Dalen's shot in the slightest, if Lonzo could fix that horrendous form. With enough development DT should be able to hit open 3's.

  9. I remember Liberty-Freeman did really well last Summer League too when the Bulls actually won the Summer League, but then we just kept him in the G League.

  10. I wouldnā€™t stress too much about Dalen Terry, man. I think he will improve and more importantly WANT to improve this season and will eventually get minutes and improve

  11. They suck. And we canā€™t even get excited for a new rookie or anything, itā€™s depressing to be a bulls fan right now

  12. The problem with a player like Terry is that he probably will need actual nba minutes to actually develop to his potential. But Donovan has shown he doesnā€™t really trust young players and will only play them sparingly. With this year being a year of extra pressure on Donovan, I worry about whether or not he will be willing to give Terry the minutes he needs to grow.
