This is why I was so annoyed at how many people got pissed off about the TyTy and Jaygup trades.

“We didn’t manage our assets properly!!!!” Who was giving us assets for guards that had been bumped to the G-League/deep bench of our rotation. The fact that they were former first round picks doesn’t matter.

What matters is we have a full-ass starting lineup (Amen, Jalen, Tari, Jabari, Sengun) AND key sixth man role players (KPJ, Cam) worth of young players that are being developed. TyTy and Christopher were not cracking the lineup and neither were whomstever we drafted with the second round picks if we kept them.

This photo is the future, and it’s a bright one. Let’s give Stone some credit for what he is building rather than looking for the most nitpicky reasons to doubt his work.

I’m just glad to see KPJ included in this young core of ours. I know that he’s 23, which is 1 year older than Tari Eason, and 2 years older than Jalen Green…but it’s about the age most people are when they graduate college, so I consider him to still be “young” as far as experience is concerned. There’s still a lot of growth for all of them, and the potential/upside is crazy!!

As a non rockets fan, I’m wondering if you guys think you can actually keep all these guys going forward. Just curious, not trying to be a hater. As a Bulls fan I’m jealous of all the pieces you guys have. These guys all have talent but there is not enough minutes to go around especially with vets you guys have been adding. What’s your opinion this?

Best thing for the group is to take a vacation together for a week or two and just vibe out on a beach or something.
