Kelly Oubre is a black hole on offense.I think he'd disrupt the flow.I'd only want him coming off the bench as a 6th/7th man.I still remember his first stint with the Suns.The guy NEVER made the extra pass.Wild shot selection.It's like he's just out there playing a game of "21" within the actual game.
We got enough wings , I think John wall would be nice for extra playmaking and his bond with Beal would make Beal happier in town

Trade exceptions cannot be combined or used to sign free agents. They would only be able to sign and trade for him using the second round picks they aquired from the todd and payne trade. Suns cannot sign and trade next season as they are in the dreaded second apron.
They would only be able to get him using the trade exception through a sign and trade. You can't use a trade exception on free agents.
Kelly Oubre for sure! I want this so bad to happen. This would definitely bring up the intensity, vibes, the level play and excitement would blow the roof off of footprint center! Champions for sure. We lost Cam Payne so if we get Tsunami Papi back, we would get some of that heart and soul that we lost from loosing Cam Payne. I’m sure Kelly would want to play for us. He loved Phoenix I think. He was so stoked about The Valley jerseys and he never got the chance to wear them 😂. Please come back. It would be so 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥.
