The problem isn’t just that he’s a low %, but it is also low volume. The goal shouldn’t be for him to shoot 37% at two 3PA/game, but to be shooting 35% at six 3PA/game.
The ability to make quick decisions and let the ball fly is so important to stretching the floor.

Not true… he is a 28% career shooter he needs to make a 7% increase to have that value. Does not happen all that often

I’m looking at Spotrac and I don’t see a 10m incentive. Only smaller ones for DREB%. Where are you seeing this?
