The 2023 NBA Summer league has come and gone for the Dallas Mavericks, and overall it was a successful campaign in Las Vegas. The Mavericks finished 4-1, their best record in a while in a Summer League season. There were plenty of bright spots to point out, like the promising play of 2023 NBA Draft picks Dereck Lively II and Olivier-Maxence Prosper, along with Jaden Hardy’s leadership heading into his sophomore season. On today’s show, Jeffrey Cooperstein and Harrison Graham take a look at some Mavericks Summer League winners & losers!

I predict, post-February, DLII is the starting 5 and Hardy is the front runner for 6th man OTY

I think Braxton key did not play for the Mavs after he got picked by the nuggets. As for Luka he is too good for summer league . He would have averaged a triple double and singlehandedly won the Mavs the SL trophy.
Hardy is over valued. An amazing scorer. Has no peripheral vision. Team played 100% better when he was not playing. Also a “look at me” player, despite what he says in interviews. His trade value is highest now. Mavs would be smart to let him go to upgrade at center.
Mava is so sucks…no playoff again 100%
OMax will play over 25 minutes per game this year and will be an all star within 4 yrs. Mavs lucked out finding this gem. Will be of more value to Mavs than Lively for next 2-3 yrs.
O max looked nice but I would’ve went back more and got Cam 8 steals I know it’s a summer game but steal the potential is there it’s some weak ass handles in the league
Hardy a SL winner?? He'd looked pretty bad, tons of forced shots and low efficiency. Check out his assist rate as well. He doesn't really run an office, much more a SG. I'd say C+/B- at best.
