The Blazers promised Lillard that they would pay him the agreed upon amount in the contract, period. Nothing more nothing less. Lillard by signing his contract agreed to the amount of time he would play for the Blazers, nothing more nothing less. Just because some other jackasses are dishonorable and threw a shit fit to get out of town doesn't make it right. It was greed pure and simple why Lillard signed the last extension for $120 million. The agent told him to hang on until we get you that Max and then we will get you out of town. Well Dame we will get you out of town, but it will be when and where we decide to send you. You see, we aren't trying to win this year or next so Dame, his agent and all the other underhanded tampering teams out there can scream and shout all they want because we got nothing but time. I feel sorry for Dame being an unhappy player but we got a piece of paper that says he might be unhappy for four more years if we choose. His agent threatened a bunch of other teams to keep their hands off Dame because you don't want an unhappy Dame. Well, it might have worked to keep Dame's offers down but he can be unhappy all he wants right here in good ole Portland, Oregon. The Heat fans got all excited because Dame picked them as the "one and only" and sure you guys started out in the lead but then dropped the ball. I think you might be in last place now. It is going to be a long haul now, maybe at the trade deadline maybe next summer. Let me get this through your head "We don't owe Dame shit !" The gloves are off now. Miami will be the last place Dame will be playing with this year. Maybe try again in 2027 !
