If people expected him to take accountability sell me the drugs you are taking

  2. Calm-Cry4253

Kinda trash that they swept it under the rug all season and then have just been bashing Poole ever since he left.

  3. Funny-Transition7869

i dont just stomp on people, you usually aint triggered by something that fast

  4. stutterhouse

Draymond might be one of the best defenders of our generation but it doesn’t come close to how well he defends himself

  5. Otherwise_Form1315

Guys, they’re gonna replay this shit whenever the wizards and Warriors play each other. That means Pat Bev’s podcast is officially NBA canon! Bill Simmons hasn’t even achieved that.

  6. Top-Consequence-911

Dray seems like the kindest, most self-aware guy.

  7. ambiguouslarge

let me guess, he called him a “bitch” and it triggered him. Can’t we just stop talking about this? Christ

  8. AutographedSnorkel

“I don’t just hit people…I also kick them in the balls”

  9. TrashAssRedditAdmins

Milking this shit longer than a 10 tittied cow

  10. Therealomerali

Name me a better duo than Draymond and his Ego.

  11. Ok_Tomorrow2110

Draymond always talks a lot of nonsense and beats around the bush when he should just say he has anger issues

  12. MTNDuwu

Draymond won in every sense. Team had his back, he got his contract, the guy punched was the one traded, and he’s *still* justifying shit. Whole thing feels gross

  13. JimmyWasRight

You can tell Dray is actually embarrassed by this incident, despite it lining up with his on-court persona.

Obv not embarrassed enough to actually apologize, but you can tell he wish things never went that way.

  14. jellyfamjohn

You’d think that people making $35 mil/year would swallow their ego and take accountability… but nope!

  15. This has shades of the Rick James skit from Dave Chapelle.

“I never just did things just to do them, come on. I menan, what am I gonna do? Just all of a sudden jump up and punch Jordan Poole in the face, like it’s something to do? Come on, I got a little more sense than that.

Yeah I remember jumping up and punching Jordan Poole in the face”

  16. Freddedonna

I still can’t believe a “new media mogul” like Draymond still records everything on a shitty 2004 webcam, laptop mic and earbuds.

  17. ConanX12

For me, it’s interesting how he has so much to say about the incident and JP has said pretty much nothing. Rent can’t be THIS free. Most of us would’ve probably moved on by now but Draymon won’t let us.

Its like he never wants us to forget that he assaulted his teammate LMAO 😭

  18. TheHonPhilipBanks

Either spill the tea or stfu. I cannot stand when people just beat around the bush. It’s a form of attention whoring. It’s also vague enough for him to pretend like he’s doing Poole a favor when he probably isn’t.

  19. LeMickeyLeMouse

I still find it crazy this mf made a documentary about his life because he punched a teammate in practice

  20. Secret_Attention_422

still a sucker punch, bitchmade move

  21. AccomplishedFront563

I’d believe almost anyone except Draymond,,, this guy has shown he can’t control his emotions

  22. Andy_Wiggins

Pat Bev’s “right” seemed so dismissive.

Like he’s just nodding along until Draymond shuts the fuck up.

  23. desirox

A lot of players seem to have a problem with Poole. He’s probably a guy that crosses the line with trash talking but still think it’s pretty lame of Draymond to skip accountability and paint Poole as an equal perpetrator

  24. Slight_Public_5305

Pat Bev rolling his eyes at Draymond is all of us

  25. disymebre

Poole may have crossed the line which resulted in Draymond punching him. Both were in the wrong. The problem is one is going on tours, podcasts, and talk shows talking about it, while the other has been a professional and is trying to move on.

  26. PlacetMihi

Genuine question: Why does MJ not get criticized for doing the same thing?

  27. Even_Note_1604

jordan poole has been a class act handling this situation, esp in that clip where he avoided the reporter obviously trying to sound byte out of him and instead said he’s excited to play with kuz and the wizards. draymond has done nothing but disrepect poole ever since. i think that speaks for itself.

  28. Medikated

I don’t just hit people just to hit them. Come on, I got a little more sense than that.

Yeah I remember hitting Jordan Poole.

  29. Huge-Split6250

See, it’s the fault of the person I punched.

  30. BigCollarsAndBallers

If he’s gonna keep talking about it the least he can do is just say exactly what what was said and what led up to it

  31. AmbitiousFork

No you donkey, you shouldn’t be hitting or kicking anyone, ever.

  32. JudaiTerumi

FUCK Draymond for this particular situation. Not as a whole, but in THIS SPECIFIC SITUATION. Seeing how he’s acted on court with his shenanigans (stomping people, hard unnecessary fouls, kicking people), the 16+ techs…I don’t trust that Poole said anything THAT bad to him. Besides that, Draymond got up in his face first. That’s on HIM. You in your damn THIRTIES and have trouble taking what a 24 year old dude says to you? And this was DURING practice.

So I doubt Poole dug that deep and got personal like that, especially with other people there to witness it. They’d have called him out immediately instead of it being Kevon Looney talking about earning back Draymond’s trust, Steve Kerr saying that Poole was phenomenal and that shit about his behavior was unsubstantiated rumors, Igoudala backing him up, etc. They were more worried about rep than they were about Poole’s state. I want Poole to go **off** in Washington BAD now, bruh. For his own sake to shut people in this sub UP and as a huge FUCK you to the Warriors for that shit.

  33. ktdotnova

LITERALLY YOUR GAME IS BUILT ON TRASH TALK AND GETTIN IN PEOPLE’S HEADS. But we don’t see you getting cold clocked in the face right? Draymond just take the L that you let a young guy get under your skin, a vet like yourself… that’s gotta be embarrassing.

  34. raymondl942

This coming from one the biggest shit talker in the league on a podcast hosted by the second biggest shit talker in the league. If it’s all fair and dandy to knock someone out bc of the shit they say, these two would be exiting each game on a stretcher on their way to an MRI of their head.

  35. awards_season

I really hope TNT doesn’t hire Draymond after he retires. Dude is so unlikeable and isn’t funny, he’s just a bully.

  36. “Stuff You Don’t Say Amongst Men” is my favorite Jeopardy category.

  37. STlNKMEANER

“Stuff you don’t say amongst men” did he tell him smd or something lol

  38. Son_of_Atreus

Victim Blaming Award winner right here.

  39. hypercafspazz

Draymond Green is insufferable. The hypocrisy and self-righteousness is way too much.

  40. krsaxor

I dont just hit people… yeah you do. Over and over again. No dialogue. You punch them in the nuts, stomp on them, poke them in the eyes. Dude lacks self awareness.

  41. HotdogIsaSandwitch

Dray always runs from taking responsibilities for his actions. Stop bringing this shit up. Say my bad and don’t speak on it again.
