The rookie pay scale needs to be negotiated to work in the RB's favor moving forward. They are usually more impactful sooner than other skill positions yet last a fraction of the time that the other positions do. I think more guaranteed money on their rookie contracts as well as incentives based on the percentage of the carries they get in the offense or something is a start in my opinion.

Average pay for running backs is 1.81 million, average pay for kickers is 2.26 million. The players union needs to try and do something to help these runningbacks. Its crazy to think josh jacobs, dalvin cook, saquan are struggling to get paid.

Their success revealed that insane amounts of money could be made simply by catering to the dumb sports fans who want dumb hot-takes & debates instead of honest & informative analysis/discussion. As a result, sports networks have spent the last 15 years trying to replicate the ratings success of First Take.
