dude is a good 3p shooter and any serviceable defense will secure a career for him. I still think he has potential for more but this will probably be the last season for that kind of opportunity with us.

I think a big factor for KPJs appearance is how much he jumps forward on his 3s. Also know that teams scouting reports show him as a catch and shoot threat , maybe resulting into hard/reckless close outs?

  3. It’s odd Luka draws so few fouls. He has that reputation for initiating contact the way James would. Not that I’d ever accuse a professional of flopping, but at least exaggerating.

On the flip side. KD must be getting fouled about every other shot. Which is also odd to me, because who the hell is even going to bother trying to block it? That just feels like a bad defensive decision. Put your hands up and pray is the best you can do.

Doesn’t this just kinda support our AAU bad shot chucking play style last year? AKA lots of unassisted 3PA? Jalen is just about as high for the self creating opportunities as KPJ is.

No denying that KPJ was good at drawing fouls when shooting unassisted 3PAs. Just not sure it’s necessarily a good thing to be high on the Y axis of that chart.
