DETROIT PISTONS ARE ON THE RISE!!

The Detroit Pistons have had a good off-season and have had a great draft this year. Marcus Sasser looks to be a potential star as well as Ausuar Thompson! Cade Cunningham is coming back and he will also have Jalen Duren and Jaden Ivey to come along with him all under the tutelage of Monty Williams. The Pistons are looking full of hope and very talented. Detroit Basketball is finally back!!

  1. Yall got Jalen duren from my knicks and I was so mad when we let him go for legit nothing

  2. Pistons are gonna be good, but the rockets are gonna be great, argueably 2 of the top 5 players(asuar is obviously worse than amen) in Amen and Cam with 4 and 20 ???? you already had Jalen Green, you have Sengun and Jabari in the front court, they'll be a home grown superteam

  3. I think they will elevate much faster than most people will think. Monty Williams turned the Suns around quickly, but of course we had Chris Paul to aid in the transition. But the Suns were terrible for a decade and then great with just one real addition. I think the Pistons definitely have a future.

  4. They are not. They are a team of players more concerned with highlights.

  5. This is definitely a championship team. We have not only have star power with our guys. We have grit and heart. Players that wanna be Pistons

  6. Well, I am a vegan. I am 6’2 230 pounds with only 8% body fat. The strongest mammal in the world is a silverback gorilla and it is a vegan.

  7. I'll give credit to Troy for Cade, Ivey, Duren, Ausar, and Sasser.
Outside of that, I've been less than satisfied with Troy Weaver's moves or missed/incorrect moves.

The Piston's roster is still a mess overall and it doesn't seem that Weaver understands what the problems actually are.
It's actually insane that he brought up defense this year considering that many of the players he would acquire were poor defenders.
Dwayne Casey would put out lineups that only amplified that sentiment.
Floor spacing was a gigantic issue last year and the solution they came up with was play two bigs instead.
Do you see how insane this actually is?

This team still needs to make some moves, and hopefully that happens this year.
The last thing I want is for this current core's potential to be sabotaged because the front office won't address roster fit.

  8. I remember saying Cade and the pistons were next on house of highlights & shit ..I was getting flamed. Glad others are finally seeing the potential.

  9. Ivey, Cade, Duren, Sasser and Thompson are building blocks.
Bagley, Stewart and Wiseman are key pieces.
    Get a superstar free agent.

  10. The 2005 Pistons had a chance to repeat as champions but in the Finals against the Spurs, they lost not because of their defense, but their anemic offense.

  11. Pistons are talented so I'm glad Wemby went elsewhere 😅 Too bad for them it's not just track and field as their shooting deficiencies will keep them out of the Playoffs for a while until Ivey and Thompson learn to shoot.

  12. Love this new pistons squad, only other young players I'd like to see would be Kenny Lofton Jr, and Drew Peterson, both went undrafted and have scary talent
