Wizards are *finally* going younger in FULL rebuild mode, rather than continually trying to force Beal into being the savior. Poole, Kuz & Jones are in perfect situations to showcase their talents. Wiz have some good young pieces that should now have proper development with larger roles, rather than forcing a round peg into a square hole.
**My personal takeaway:** EXTREMELY surprised that Deni was on this thumbnail, not sure if he’s here longterm. Honestly, not sure if Kuz is here longterm either, but at least he’s got championship experience while being a fringe all-star. Anyways, still excited to see the continual growth for Deni. I know he didn’t take the leap that a lot of fans were expecting, but I definitely saw improvement from him in year 3. His finishing at the rim was *MUCH* better than in his previous seasons. A small jump, I know. But, an improvement nonetheless.
