Hopefully the jailblazers wrap this dame trade sage up before the season starts preferably before trainingcamp. While i love watching dame play, dont want him to throw games or even worse sitting out games. Also for scoot/sharpe/ant to develop dont hope thats alongside an disgruntled top 75 all time player playing 30minutes… Especially how the FO handled the dame situation when they had him, dont want this to get messy like him telling the opposing teams what play the blazers are gonna run, refusing to take open jumpshots instead forces bad contested shot
After the last few years i feel like things are more for show. I have a feeling that the trade is done and this is all for show, until JJ is trade eligible. Just all seems semi fake.
shouldn't Blazer fans be pumping up Lillard and admonishing his accomplishments if they want the best package in a trade? Going around saying Lillard sucks, but we deserve the best trade in the NBA, is starting to get really old really fast.
I don't know why Dame wants to limit himself to just Miami when Brooklyn is a much better fit for him. The Nets can easily match Dame's salary, they got draft picks, and players that can help the Blazers like Royce O'Neal and Dorian Finney-Smith.

I noticed a comment about fans turning on Dame, just because we want a decent return for a player as Blazers fans. I don't think that it's too much to ask that the Miami head office acts like they're interested in Dame enough to do their share of the lifting to make a reasonable trade package offer. I want to see Dame go where he wants, and be happy, but I don't want to be totally screwed over in the process. Is that selfish? I dunno. All I know, is that this whole mess could have been prevented, but here we are. thanks to Joe and Jody…This too shall pass. Go, Blazers!
