We Were WRONG About The Warriors

The Golden State Warriors trading for Chris Paul was one of the most shocking moves of the NBA offseason. Much of the discussion regarding CP3 and the Warriors has focused on whether the Point God fits in Golden State’s system, and how strange it will be to see him playing with his former rivals.

But this blockbuster deal may have been a stroke of genius. Low-key, Chris Paul and the Warriors are a match made in heaven.

  1. Everyones talking about Kuminga and Paul but I think its GP3 and Paul going to lead the bench because the first time around Gary Payton 3 and Draymond had allot of pick and roll chemistry and Payton cuts to the rim allot and plays above the rim even though he's a guard.

  2. you didn't even mentiion how this helps fix the problem of the warriors being -40 when steph was on the bench in the playoffs

  3. It’s not gonna work like ppl think it will. Draymond doesn’t finish well enough for CP0rings’ passing, CP0rings doesn’t move well enough off ball for Draymond’s passing. Considering Divencenzo is gone, it’s at best a lateral move. To summarize the move, CP0rings is no better than Divencenzo with GSW. I don’t compare him to Poole because Divencenzo was better than Poole last season. Comparing CP0rings to Poole is comparing him to the lesser backup guard in their rotation.
