Ron Harper Jr has officially singed a two way contract for 2023-24. The only question left for the roster barring a trade is if Jeff Dowtin Jr gets a standard deal or another two way contract. The contract decision on Jeff Dowtin Jr will allow Toronto to either potentially sign another free agent for somewhere between 3-6 million or sign another two way player to the roster. Or even acquire another player like Cameron Payne (5.6 mil) who San Antonio is reportedly going to trade while Toronto is rumored to be looking for another veteran point guard to add to their roster.
