  1. Iā€™m questioning why the bulls wouldnā€™t sign Jones over JFL? Jones became a g league MVP, on the same team JFL was on. I wouldnā€™t stress this last roster spot too much, I think AK made a solid choice in taking the G league MVP over a summer league phenomenon considering all of Jones game has been phenomenal crazy scoring games. I truly like what the bulls did with signing Craig and Carter. We signed 25+ minute players and increased three point attempts. I think itā€™s worth seeing how this team plays out until trade deadline to see what weā€™re worth.

  2. Smh, confusing. 5 months ago you were making an argument to keep Ayo over Coby, now his contract is an overpay? Who knows what "jump" he'll make but if in your 1st year an a half in the nba you start more games than you come off the bench, and your replacement has less experience in that role than you, then the contract is not an overpay, it's on point.

  3. Freeman-Liberty is actually a BIG guard.
He may be 6'4, but his WINGSPAN is 6'9.
That is huge. He can play like a SF, easily.
With that wingspan he could guard all but the largest Forwards.
Letting him go was STUPIDITY, IMO.

  4. The bulls front office continues to make bad decisions and give contracts to foreign players for the hell of it

  5. BTW – in my opinion Wingspan is more important than Height.
For instance, who is bigger? —
    6'2 G with 6'8 Wingspan (D Rose)
    or a 6'5 G with a 6'5 Wingspan??

For me, the answer is simple. The guy with 6'8 Wingspan is Bigger than the guy with 6'5 one.

Rose & Heinrich had the same height. BUT, Rose was a BIG guard, and Heinrich was Small Guard.
    Why do you think? Duh.

  6. šŸ§ Why don't you let the comment section decide on a vote on which player was expendable. {Carter, Ayo, Liberty}

  7. Freeman-Liberty has BIGGER Wingspan than Rose had.
    Letting him go was idiotic.
    AK has to go.
The Bulls will never be a top team with him in charge.

AK makes too many mistakes, IMO.
Some little, like overpaying AYO right now.
Some big, like giving away too much to get Vucevic.
Ball & DeRozan were brilliant moves.
But, you can't succeed when you undercut yourself with bad ones.

  8. The Bulls have messed up everything. Yes, they overpaid Ayo. Probably because he was a rare hit for an AKME draft pick. At least heā€™s a competent offensive player, unlike their critical 1RD pick last year. Iā€™m not saying Dalen is a bust, but he was not worthy of a first round pick as a clear project, for a pick that needed to be able to contribute THIS YEAR, if not last. Iā€™m losing hope that the front office has any plan whatsoever, beyond wait and see. Usually if itā€™s not working, you can always try an new coaching staff. But not the Bulls- theyā€™re locked in for years to come

  9. Definitely an over pay. He was okay in his rookie season and disappointing in his second season. I really don't think that warrants this type of contract.

  10. Yes that's why I believe the Bulls messed up, all the Bulls fans that wanted JFL switched up talking bout "Oh, he's just a 2-way contract"……….he's only a 2-way signing until he busses our ass and potentially develop into an NBA player while none of our 2-way guys might not even pan outšŸ˜‚. This is the shit the Bulls be on, and why I think they fucked up yet again. Bitim, Sanogo, and Lewis all need to show me something because as or right now i am not sold, JFL should've had one of those three 2-way spots and it's dirty and a damn shame the Bulls didn't even look his way, Bitim, Lewis, and Sanogo ALL better show that they can play at an NBA level.

  11. Wasnā€™t an overpay in my opinion.. ayo fina go off this season bc he gotta chip on his shoulder!

  12. Not surprised at all. šŸ˜”

Losing JLF is potentially worse than the Bulls WASTING Dalen's rookie year.

  13. This is a bad video. You don't give up on a rfa after 2 years because of wishes from a summer leaguer. Worried about money that we wouldn't use for something. else anyway is crazy

  14. Agree that Ayo could probably have been had for lessā€¦however, his signing is less about how much the bulls value him and more about how much they value the health of Alex Caruso. If Iā€™m choosing between Bitim, a guy who has proven himself as a standout in a competitive professional league, or JFL, who gave us the vapors playing in a handful of less-than-competitive summer league games against random guys trying to break into pro basketball, I think Bitim is a better choice.

  15. i could see a team offering ayo, 2 year for 20 mil. If that happens we lose ayo. JLF is used to playing g league talent. So would you place him over anyone in our guard rotation today? Too many ifs thereā€¦so we just take the L on that and move on. I liked Dinwiddie too, but he been a nice trade piece and had we kept him, we probably would have traded him anyways!

  16. You guys gotta realize Ayo was extremely good on defense. IMO this is worth the contract, solid role player is his floor, and the upside is worth betting on him
