I would LOVE to see a Seattle-Oklahoma City rivalry in the NBA. The NBA is needing rivalries, too, as the most heated rivalry is the Lakers-Celtics rivalry, which is a continent away.
Good to see the tide change on the dirtbag that is Clay Bennett. What he did to Seattle (Sonic Gate) was a complete sham, and while I feel for the fans, nothing would appeal to me more than karma striking down and backfiring on this ownership group.
Oklahoma should have never had a team in the first place. Move the team to Kansas City. They haven't had a team since the Kings relocated to Sacramento. They almost lost the team in CA, but they built a new arena, and it kept them in Sacramento. Let Seattle get an expansion team with Las Vegas. Kansas City gets a team and I had a feeling that OKC Thunder were a possibility to relocate in the future. Kansas City has a new nice arena and they're overdue to bring an NBA team back to that area. Clay Bennett ruined the Sonics franchise relocating to his hometown of OKC and Howard Schultz the former owner of Sonics had no idea he was selling the team to this guy who would move them there. He even regrets selling it.
