Definitely not. They're not better than Boston, Miami, Philadelphia, Milwaukee, New York, Cleveland, Toronto, Chicago, Atlanta. That's nine right there. They're not even better than the rising Pacers and Orlando will take the next step and improve from last year. I can even see Brooklyn having a better record than Charlotte since they have good young talent.
