Who starts at powerforward between Jarred Vanderbilt & Rui Hachimura?
More than likely Hachimura but if Vanderbilt starts hitting shots watch out!!

We just need Vando to hit 3-4 3's a Game along with finishing strong @ the Basket 3-4x's a Game which, should give Him 15-20 Points a Game. Along with His Solid Defense, that will put Him in a Great Position this Year!!!
Side Note – Rui is a Scorer and can score on all 3 Levels so, He will always have a Higher Ceiling on Offense as He can Score 25+. Vando is a Defender that can guard 1-3 & sometimes the 4. He has to the ability to make the All-Defensive Team.

Bring Rui off the bench. But Rui will close and get more minutes overall each game
It won't matter that much. Preseason will likely determine the first few games. Opening day line-up will not necessarily portend what's going to happen throughout the year and in the playoffs. They will both play a lot. Rui will be spelling Bron and even AD if the other centers don't work out. I think Rui will play more minutes during the season. Vando will play more when a particular player is giving the Lakers the business. Look for them to play together to spell Bron, and even AD, who will likely take off a considerable amount of time.

Vando should start regardless because he will be defending the other’s team best player on most nights. Rui will probably receive more minutes due to his offensive game and showed that he can play small ball center.
We need to stop with the Christian bandwagon. If it hasn’t happened now and Rob has past on other legitimate centers, Rob has his eye on a five that is on another team.
Rui is a better fit, he’s a better jump shooter in general and his defense has improved, gone are the days of having weak offensive players who are unnatural scorers destroying offensive sets, it’s not just about shooting corner 3s

if vanderbilt gets a shot they can literally play him and rui in the starting lineup.

Start Vando. There's already enough offensive punch with LBJ, AD, AR & D-Lo. Rui would work better coming off the bench to start the season.
There would also be more open shots for Vando as defenses would collapse in the paint. Then we could see if that shot has improved.
I’m a fan of both but I would want to with Vando just for defensive purposes. Rui brings that fire power off the bench that we always need!
