With the MLB trade deadline just a week away, Alex Anthopoulos has made some moves to try to strengthen their bullpen. The Atlanta Braves traded for RHP Pierce Johnson in exchange for two minor league pitchers. Jarvis Davis and Tenitra Batiste talked about how they were initially alarmed by Johnson’s ERA, but were surprised when they did a little more digging. Also, they talked about the Atlanta Hawks being projected to be in the play-in tournament AGAIN.
Arthur Smith and Terry Fontenot tried their best to improve this roster to the best of their capabilities. However, the Atlanta Falcons have some strengths in their roster and some holes that may need to be addressed at some point.
