  1. I watched all those series in the late eighties and early nineties. Jordan had to overcome the Pistons playing some of the most dirty basketball I ever seen! If that dirty stuff would have happened in a pickup game on the streets there would have been major brawls. Maybe even murder. They got beat. They didn't have respect to face him afterwards. And stop barking about some article. Everyone was talking about how ugly the Pistons played. Even the NBC sports commentators. They made their bed.

  2. 3 years in a row 88 89 90 MJ is an azzhole you didn’t deserve a handshake you whined for 18 months

  3. Some people are asinine. People keep saying it was Laimbeer and not Isiah that led them off the court. It doesn't matter who was in the front, because they had it decided (at the very least) after game 3. That was unquestionably Zeke's team, and everything from the player's side went through him, whether he thought it up or not. Hell, Mark Aguirre was in front of Laimbeer, but that don't mean Mark masterminded it. The final call was on Zeke. It was his team. Even if Bill came up with the idea, Zeke could have said "Nah Bill, that ain't right". But he agreed with it, and that's why they did it, because their leader said it was OK. Only Joe Dumars, John Salley and coach Daly (class guys) shook hands with the Bulls.

  4. Those who lived and seen it live know the truth. Michael Jordan ain't lying the Detroit Pistons were known as the "Bad boys" and loved every moment of it with Isiah Thomas as their leader. The Chicago Bulls conquered them and the NBA and won the hearts and minds of America. The Detroit Pistons were sore losers.🏀

  5. MJ is the realest. He is not afraid to admit his obsessive dislike for IT.He don’t care to admit things that other people would be afraid of.

  6. That's Mike just talking, they talked about the Pistons and their character,, and that's what caused the rift between them,, stop talking so much and tell the whole story.

  7. That's probably the closest compliment we'll ever hear M.Jl admit about Isaiah and the Pistons, because anyone who watched them all those years knows if it wasn't for the Zeke and the Pistons beating up on the Bulls all those years they might not have won 6 rings!!!

  8. Gotta say this isn't petty of Jordan. Isiah and the Pistons acted like children. They can't defend that. All they can do is admit their immaturity and disrespectful ways.

  9. Michael Jordan and Isaiah Thomas remember that situation from their perspective. They're going to take their dislike (could probably call it hate) for each other to their graves. I can't see either of them wanting to bury the hatchet unless it's between the others eyes.

  10. They took a big a@@ whipping and never came back from it so they knew it was over after that and we never heard from the bad boy pistons again

  11. Mj is right he waited for a few generations of nba and reacts to the public.

  12. Oh, but LYING about whether or not you said you wouldn't play if Isaiah played on the Dream Team. Then have AUDIO surface with you saying the very thing you said you didn't say. Hypocrite and a liar.

  13. I'd say, Bill Lambieer led that walk off. Isiah could have put the kibosh on that. Joe Dumars and John Salley shook the Bulls hands. Those folks mentioning Celtics-Pistons, the Pistons could have been the better men than the Celtics. Those mentioning MJ disparaging the Pistons before the sweep game has nothing to do with the rest of that Bulls team. 2 ECF, the Bulls gave the Pistons their due, video proves this. Those folks saying MJ kept Isiah off the Dream Team, better ask Magic, Larry and a scrub(Isiah's words) Scottie kept him off. Isiah would have killed team chemistry and morale. He rubbed a whole lot of players the wrong way.

  14. Seeing them run off the court like that was the most satisfying thing, and all these years later isaiah is still crying like a stuck pig. You made your bed, now sllep it in.

  15. Isaiah was a @sshole to MJ, so Thomas can sugar coat how he beat MJ in the 80's , You finally got beat and u turned sour.. spoiled sport

  16. The Celtics refused to shake the hands of the Pistons when the Pistons beat them. This is too petty for grown folk. It might cause friction for four or five years but to hold a petty grudge for a lifetime is childish.

  17. It was more than two yrs. The pistons terrorized Mike B4 pip showed up and it still wasn't enough initially. I don't think they should've held it for this long though but not shaking their hands was terrible…
