Dude “raising the roof” at :27 in the baggy workers jacket is peak late 90s cool. He probably has platinum FUBU jeans and Tims on too.

I’ve always loved his jumper shooting motion

I’m getting back in the time machine with height pills to make Iverson 6’4″

  4. Iverson was, looking at the numbers, a pretty inefficient ballhog during his career, and he’s about the only person with that kind of pedigree that I 100% understand why and forgive. He was in his prime absolutely incredible.

Under 6′, 160lbs running into giants full speed and he lead the league minute per game 7 times…..

“It’s hard for me to say these kinda things because that ain’t my way, but if I could unzip myself and step out and be someone else, I’d wanna be you. You’re all heart, Rock”

  6. 6 inches taller he’s the GOAT, what an athletic freak

It sucks him and Stackhouse were too immature to make it work

Outside of MJ, you could argue that AI was the most culturally impactful NBA player of the last 30 years. Kobe, Bron and Steph have a case but there wasn’t a kid growing up in the late 90s / early 2000s that didn’t think Iverson was cool af. Really ushered in the new NBA post Jordan.

AI is the Truth, the Light, the Way.

The fact that he can score with 2 Bigs clogging the paint with no spacing is so amazing.

During his MVP season (2000-2001) his shooting was god-like, never seen anything like it.

Here’s a video with highlights from that year, I picked a section at random, [this one from a regular season game against Charlotte](https://youtu.be/zgkSkPRRtJQ?t=197).

Watch that section and note how pure those shots are: no rim, all net. He was a walking cheat code, unbelievable.
