Hello
The last drill looks amazing! Love training that rotational momentum ❤
Do you have any tips on left hand (non dominant hand) pull ups? Anything helps 👍

This was a great video, definitely like all of the change of direction work.

Literally just as I wanted to work on my floater
Hey, my brother and I did this today before his game and to see that he actually used 3 of these floaters in his game today(hit them all) was amazing to see, thank you, just did one of your finishing drills tonight as well.
I'm 4.6 minutes in and havent seen 1 floater so far lol. These are all runner's or 1 handed jump shots. A floater is a shot that releases from the palm of your hand with an arm extension which results in minimal spin of the ball since you aren't flicking it with your finger tips. A floater and a runner require 2 completely different techniques of release so its not the same thing.
i literally just needed a new workout and this popped up in my feed thank you
What is the different between floater and runner?
why are they flicking their wrist on the floater?
